All our Maui Wedding packages allow for a maximum of 2 hours of coverage.
Upgrading to a DVD is definitely the best way to go, however, if you purchase an unedited DVD, and plan to edit it yourself, you won’t be able to, because once the dvd is burned, it is uneditable.
Unedited Video
- Includes footage from the time you arrive, through the entire ceremony and afterwards various shots of you around the property. A hidden microphone is used for the ceremony and you receive the raw footage.
Edited Video
- Includes all of the above plus the pre and post wedding shots are edited and dubbed with music, and it includes highlights of Maui and your names at the start with the date of your wedding.
The edited video with photo montage includes that as described for the edited video plus a "slide show" of photos that you provide to the videographer at the ceremony (about 25 shots) that are included usually at the beginning or end of your video. Most couples bring shots from either the time the two of you first met to the present, or from each of you since childhood to the present.
Use of a personal tripod for your own camera does not work very well because you generally are not able to place it close enough without interfering with the photos and thus cannot pick up the sound of your voices during the ceremony.
