On-site wedding coordinators are required whenever cake is going to be served and/or set-up at the wedding site, or if there are guests of 10+ and a beverage is being served.

All other times an on-site coordinator is optional. Two on-site coordinators may be required if there are 20 or more people and cake and beverages are being served.
